The study sought to understand the nature of uranium mining in Namibia and its possible social and economic implications. Information was gathered from the Ministry of Mines and Energy as well as the Ministry of Environment and Tourism. Additional data was collected through interviews with some officials of R#246;ssing uranium mine.
